The Feral Connection Method: Intimacy beyond analysis.
This isn’t more talking. It’s not about rehashing your trauma.
It’s about reconnecting with your animal body — the instincts that already know how to trust, connect, and feel desire.
Insight gave you self awareness. Your body gives you intimacy.
Talk therapy, self-analysis, and regulation tools can take you far.
But intimacy isn’t something you can think your way into — it’s something you must feel in your body.
That’s why most healing stops short: it ends at safety, without teaching you how to build connection, pleasure, and desire.
A trauma-informed, queer-centered journey in three phases:
The Feral Connection Method guides you beyond safety to sensuality where connection thrives.
Each phase is experiential — not theory, not homework. It’s intimacy training for your body. Oh, and we make it fun!
Phase 1: Relaxation
Feel comfortable in your body by learning to read your nervous system's cues so you can create internal safety whether you’re feeling rage, arousal, grief, or desire. Using the Body Trust Process, you’ll begin to release patterns of shutdown and start to feel at home in your body, maybe for the first time.
Phase 2: Desire
Boost your libido and nurture your erotic self by bringing pleasure back into every day moments. Explore your kinks, boundaries, attachment, and sensuality with curiosity, not shame. Map your unique Pleasure Pathway to reliably turn yourself on emotionally and physically whenever you want.
Phase 3: Confidence
Express your desires and emotions boldly by practicing real intimacy with me in real time. Using my Expansive Communication Framework, you’ll build embodied skills—flirting, boundary-setting, repair conversations, and asking for what you want—with honesty and curiosity so you stop overthinking and start enjoying.
Why Feral? Feral doesn’t mean unsafe. Feral means natural. Instinctual. Unedited. It means letting your animal body lead again— the part of you that knows how to seek warmth, closeness, and pleasure without shame.
