What People Are Saying

“My partner and I are closer and more in love than we’ve probably ever been.

I also learned quite a bit about boundaries, and that its ok to stand up for myself in other relationships in my life.”

“The support and safeness you were able to create in our sessions unlocked something in me that was still locked up.

I feel so proud, so accomplished, so free and vital and strong. I hope you know I cannot overstate my gratitude for the amount of difference you’ve made in my relationship and my life.”

“You were so welcoming and put me at ease immediately.

I really cannot believe how vulnerable I was able to be with you, because I just felt so deeply that you were safe. I really learned a lot.”

What You’ll Get In Your Immersion

“I’ve worked on this with at lease 3 other practitioners and this is the first time I’ve felt a shift!”

PUT ALL THIS IS A VSL:

You’re super self aware and logically know trauma or shame is impacting your intimacy…

so you’ve spent countless hours unpacking your experiences and relationship patterns in therapy, maybe taking a sexual healing course (or not because they seem too intense) and going down reddit rabbit holes at 2am trying to find out if lesbian bed death is real.

And it’s all been helpful. You now understand the impacts of purity culture, internalized homophobia and comp. het. You can name your trauma patterns: “I”m a people pleaser.” “I dissociate.”

You’ve put in all this effort because you not only want to feel good in your body, but also want to show up for the people and relationships you care about. You have an inkling there is MORE to sex and intimacy, even if you don’t exactly know how to get there.

And yet, when it comes to sexual situations, it feels like you body is betraying you because you still dissociate, avoid them, or freeze.

This isn’t because you’re broken or you haven’t tried hard enough. You’ve just been taught how to understand your intimacy struggles. But knowing why you struggle doesn’t always help you change what happens in your body, especially in intimate situations where you’re feeling vulnerable, triggered, or turned on. (or all three!)

It’s like riding a bike- you can read books about how to do it and logically understand the mechanisms, but you don’t really know how to do it until you get on the bike and feel it in real time.

That’s why in the Feral Intimacy Program, we go beyond analyzing your past and create a ‘practice arena’ where you can experience and practice the things you want to be able to do in intimacy, like

  • feel safer in your body so you stay present instead of checking out when you receive touch

  • relax tension in your body and/or genitals

  • learn to flirt without the paralyzing fear of being creepy or getting stuck in your head wondering about her response

  • exploring and sharing your desires without shame

  • notice what your body wants and communicate it in real time

  • share your boundaries in ways that strengthen connection

Instead of talking about the kind of intimacy you want, you get to practice these things in a supportive, consent based and trauma informed environment. You start collecting experiences that are different from your old patterns, like staying present, slowing down to notice what your body actually wants, and directing touch that feels good instead of going along with it.

These experiences create new neural pathways and become new reference points, allowing your body to catch up to what your mind already knows- that sex and intimacy can be safe and fun!

You start to trust that sex doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or disconnected, that you do have desires and preferences, and that joyful intimacy is still possible for you no matter what you’ve been through.

With this experiential learning, you can…

Stay present enough to actually receive pleasure.
Instead of freezing, dissociating, or disappearing into your head when your partner touches you, you can notice what's happening, communicate what you want, and let yourself receive. She puts her hand on your thigh and you feel warmth spread through your body as you melt into her touch.

Initiate without catastrophizing

You can flirt, make a move, or initiate sex without spiraling about whether you're being creepy or what her response means about you. Sexual connection becomes an exploration rather than a loaded offer.

Know and express what you want.
You can explore your desires without immediately judging, minimizing, or hiding them. You can tell your partner what feels good, ask for what you want, and change your mind when you don't.

Let’s be so for real

if just talking about your sex and intimacy struggles solved them, everybody would be having the best sex ever right now.

What if you could get crystal clear on your desires and feel confident enough to ask for what you want?

Keep the spark alive past the 2 month mark?

Get rid of shame so you finally feel like enough- queer enough, worthy enough, just as you are?

Initiate sex and flirting with confidence and feel relaxed no matter the outcome?

AND WHAT IF IT DIDN’T HAVE TO INVOLVE RE-TELLING YOUR TRAUMA STORIES FOR THE 100TH TIME OR PULLING A HAMMY IN A PERFORMATIVE SEX POSITION?

The Feral Intimacy Program offers you a structured, trauma informed, consent based arena where you notice what your intimacy blocks feel like in your body, and then gently practice new responses. This is how you can finally stop talking in circles and actually re-teach your body to access the feelings you thought you lost, like desire, playfulness, curiosity, and sensuality.

We aren’t trying to fit your sexual self into some performative, pre-determined box. The goal is to develop more connection, comfort, and choice with your body.

Freezing when the topic of sex comes up » Feeling curious about your own sexual desires and your partners

Getting stuck in your head wondering if your parter is having a good time » Allowing yourself to receive attention and pleasure without feeling guilty or selfish

Going along with touch that doesn’t feel good to keep your partner happy and not be rude » Knowing that your pleasure matters and confidently asking for adjustments so the touch is just right

I'm exited to meet you! Pick a time for a quick call then answer a few simple questions so I can get an idea of what you're looking for. We’ll talk about your intimacy goals and see if I'm the right person to support you.
